Unfortunately our records don’t extend beyond 1980 so we cannot detail Bob Leavett’s contribution to NSW Junior Rugby.

Mr Bob Leavett passed in 1999 at the age of 85 years old.And although it was noted that it had been some years since he had been directly active in junior rugby, his contribution was lovingly remembered.

We can gather some idea of the length of his tenure with NSW Juniors by a quote from Randwick legend Jeff Sayle, who said at the time that he could remember Bob watching him (Jeff) play rugby when he was a kid.
