NSW JUNIOR RUGBY UNION FACEBOOK COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Entrant is responsible for his or her familiarity with the general competition entry rules and any special competition rules at the time of participation.
2. The promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
3. Entry is open to residents in Australia only.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
5. To enter individuals must, during the competition period, like the NSW Juniors Facebook page, plus like & share the competition post. THREE eligible individuals will be chosen at random for the prizes.

6. Competition commences 1.00pm on 1/7/2020 AEST. Entries close 1.00pm on 27/7/2020 AEST.
7. The judging will take place on Monday 27th July 2020. Winners will be announced at 1.00pm AEST on Tuesday 28th July 2020 on the social media site NSW Juniors Facebook page. Judges decisions are final.
8. The competition host NSW Junior Rugby Union has 3 x NSW Juniors Supporters packs as prizes. There will be a maximum of 3 possible winners and competition winners will receive 1 Hoodie, 1 Cap & 1 Sticker each.
9. Total prize value is AUD $77 consisting of 1 x hoodie valued at $50.00 RRP and 1 x cap valued at $22.00 RRP & 1 x sticker values at $5.00 RRP. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Winners must provide a delivery address within 30 days of the prize draw.Should a delivery address not be provided within 30 days, the winner will immediately forfeit their prize without further notice from NSW Juniors. Should a prize winner wish to collect their prize from the NSW Juniors head office,they must do so within 30 days of the prize draw, during normal business hours only.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take their prize by the time stipulated by NSW Juniors, then that prize will be forfeited by the winner.
12. Prizes are generally sent to prize winners via Australia Post or private courier. Australia Post will be used for all PO Box addresses. Any loss of prizes by a courier company or Australia Post is not the responsibility of NSW Juniors. In that event, NSW Juniors may or may not in its absolute discretion,replace the prize.
13. NSW Juniors takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details being provided by the winner.
14. NSW Juniors shall not be liable for any loss of damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize or participation in any competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders NSW Juniors from proceeding with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests,natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism,pandemic, NSW Juniors may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it at a time determined by NSW Juniors subject to any directions given under State Regulation.
16. NSW Juniors is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
17. Subject to any written directions given under applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cases beyond the control of NSW Juniors which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then NSW Juniors reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18. NSW Juniors reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any individual who NSW Juniors has reason to believe has (a) tampered with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the number of entries, or any other process as determined by the NSW Juniors, that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion; (b) tampered with the operation of the competition on the web site if hosted there; (c) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (d) if an entrant selected as winner is found to be in breach of any term of these General Competition Entry Rules, a new winner may be selected and, in the event that the entrant in breach has been awarded a prize, the entrant may be required to return the prize or reimburse the value of the prize to NSW Juniors.
19. Employees (and their immediate families) of NSW Junior Rugby Union are ineligible to enter.

20. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
21. The Promoter is NSW Junior Rugby Union.
